Highcross has let 1,500 sq ft at 1000 Lakeside to Innovative Financial Designs Ltd, a provider of unique investment services and financial solutions.
IFD Ltd, who have taken space on a 5 year deal, had been assessing their office requirements over the last 18 months, with their primary objective being to acquire prestigious premises with great staff facilities.
Director Katrina Stamp comments "Having reviewed many options during this period, the location and the highly impressive facilities, combined with additional enhancements already planned, made 1000 Lakeside the standout choice for us. Our staff and our visitors have all commented upon the quality of the whole complex."
Ross Moyler of Vail Williams, joint agents for Lakeside with Hughes Ellard, says "Another letting at Lakeside proves that the success of the scheme continues despite the challenging economic times we find ourselves in."
Since the beginning of the year, a range of new occupiers have been attracted to the scheme from the Solent Corridor, including Market Makers, The Southern Co-operative and Path Intelligence. Highcross has also just agreed a letting of 54,000 sq ft on the first floor of 1000 Lakeside, to an unnamed company.
Highcross director, Nick Turner, adds: "This letting continues to secure Lakeside's reputation as a leading location for business and demonstrate the range of high quality space available to companies employing from 10 to 300 staff. It builds on an already great start to the year, with a series of significant lettings already agreed and even more deals anticipated to complete shortly."
Located adjacent to Junction 12 of the M27 at the gateway to Portsmouth, the air-conditioned, four-floor 1000 Lakeside office building is set in extensively landscaped grounds and has almost 1,000 car parking spaces. Office space is available up to 40,000 sq ft, with a Regus business centre also located on site for companies requiring smaller accommodation.
