Welcome on board the Lakeside at Business South 2010 - 03 & 04 March
1000 Lakeside will be on tour on Wednesday 3 and Thursday 4 March 2010, when its shuttle bus takes up residence at the Business South exhibition at The Rose Bowl, Southampton. Highcross is extending a warm welcome to all attendees by inviting them aboard the Courtesy Shuttle Bus that normally operates from its business park in Portsmouth.
Karen Tyrrell, General Manager comments “The whole team here are extremely excited about taking our Shuttle Bus to the exhibition, 1000 Lakeside will be on tour so to speak, and driven in style by Paul our superb Shuttle Bus driver.”
“We have lots going on aboard the bus, David our Café Manager will be serving up Costa filter coffee and a selection of tasters from the fantastic food provided back at 1000 Lakeside, watch out for body blades and medicine balls during our FITNESS FRENZY DEMONSTRATIONS with our onsite Personal Fitness trainer Lee, who’ll be using a variety of innovative training methods and equipment used by businesses based at the 1000 Lakeside office and also providing free 1-2-1 health checks including BMI and body fat %. Visitors will also be able to check out the latest deals on printing packages with Neil from Lakeside Digital Printers.”
Business South is sponsored by Southampton City Council, Hampshire County Council, Southampton & Fareham Chamber of Commerce, Business Link, BH1 Promotions and Kinnarps, the exhibition gives visitors the perfect opportunity to network with local companies, build up a portfolio of locally based suppliers and to generally gather local business information in a face to face setting.
Other key features at the event include the Great Big Business Debate which will be hosted by Business Link and the hugely popular ‘Meet the Buyer’ programme, which allows SMEs to book individual appointments with buyers from major organisations and to learn how they might win business from major accounts. There will also be a Business Advice Zone, Kinnarps Lounge, Speed Networking and The New Business Zone, designed to give new businesses a chance to expose themselves among the South’s larger and more established organisations.
