What are my total occupational costs?
Your occupational costs will consist of the rent, plus the business rates and service charge. We are quoting a rent of £17.00 per sq ft. Rates are estimated at £5.00 per sq ft (but these are to be confirmed once the building has been re-assessed) and the service charge is currently estimated at £4.86 per sq ft. There is also a cost for insurance of 0.15 per sq ft.
So the total occupation cost is circa £27.00 per sq ft. Please note this excludes directly used utilities.
