Lakeside North Harbour is located in a prominent position, adjacent to Junction 12 of the M27, at the gateway to Portsmouth. The 101-acre Lakeside North Harbour campus is only three miles from Portsmouth city centre and the continental ferry port and has good public transport links.

The A3 (M) which leads to the M25 and London is four miles to the east and Southampton city centre and Southampton International Airport, less than 20 miles to the west.
