Join us and wildlife expert Alison Barker from Hampshire & Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust on our next wellbeing and wildlife walk around the campus
Just a 45-minute walk in a green natural space has many health and wellbeing benefits including positive impacts on stress levels – walking in nature is a great way of reconnecting you with the natural world – seeing and learning about wildlife along the way is a bonus!
Spring is lovely time of year to appreciate the campus, with the trees in blossom and the many Spring flowers, bluebells, daffodils, primroses and cowslips can all be found in abundance.
The ducks, coots and moorhens can be seen with their young, as well as the Canada geese with their goslings.
We will provide a hot mug of soup at the start and wellies can be provided if needed.
Spaces are limited so please click here to book your place.
Meet in the Atrium of 1000 Lakeside at 12.30. Come rain or shine we look forward to seeing you!
And if you don’t have time to join the walk download our Self Guided Spring Walk leaflet here.
