Join our next wellbeing walk with our wildlife expect Alison Barker from Hampshire & Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust around the campus on Thursday 20th April 12.30 -1.30pm. (Meeting in the Atrium of 1000 Lakeside).
Walking in nature has many health and wellbeing benefits, as well as reconnecting you with the natural world. We will be looking for signs of spring and may be lucky enough to spot a moorhen with her chicks or the geese with their waddling babies.
Just a 45 minute walk in a green natural space has amazing impacts on stress levels and our overall health and wellbeing- seeing and learning about wildlife along the way is a bonus! A homemade hot mug of soup will be provided at the start so if would be great if you could confirm your attendance by clicking here as spaces are limited. Come rain or shine we look forward to seeing you – wellies can be provided if needed.
